This distinction is awarded annually to organisations that stand out for implementing fair and inclusive pay practices. <\/p>\n\n<p>In Portugal, the gender pay gap still persists, with women being paid an average of 13.2% less than men. The Seal recognises organisations that combat these disparities and promote fairness in the workplace. <\/p>\n\n<p>This year, the label was awarded to 14,797 companies employing 333,786 workers.
