In addition to consumer rights, the guide includes concrete recommendations that encourage behaviours contributing to environmental preservation and more conscious tourism.<br\/>The content covers topics such as air and sea travel, car hire, insurance, roundabout driving rules, action in the event of accidents, pricing, and use of the complaints book.
