Among the measures that led to this recognition, the introduction of reusable cups \u2013 which drastically reduced plastic use \u2013 and the rigorous monitoring of water and energy consumption stand out. The event generated an estimated carbon footprint of 28 tons of CO2 and included training sessions for traders on waste management and food hygiene. In addition, universal accessibility measures were implemented on site to ensure the inclusion of all visitors. <\/p>\n\n
The overall outcome of the operation was largely positive, with 84% of visitors rating the experience as \u2018Very Good\u2019 or \u2018Good\u2019. Economically speaking, 80% of the operators of the 25 stalls reported positive results, although traders in the surrounding area gave a more mixed assessment of the impact on their business.
