Civil Protection Carried Out Regular Inspection of Hotel Unit in Madeira

On May 16th, the Civil Protection Services carried out a regular inspection of a hotel unit in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. This action, as stipulated by the legislation on fire safety in buildings, aims to guarantee the maintenance of approved safety conditions and the implementation of self-protection measures.

During the inspection, tests were conducted to verify the operability of the technical installations, equipment, and fire safety systems (SCIE). The inspection must be requested by the organisations that own or exploit the buildings and premises, at intervals determined by the risk category.
