‘Conscious Dish 2026’ in eight hotels´s

‘Conscious Dish 2026 – Savoring Sustainability’ was the theme set by the Regional Directorate for the Environment and the Sea, in coordination with the Regional Directorate of Tourism, to mark the celebrations of National Sustainability Day, which took place on September 25.

Under the motto ‘Nothing is wasted, everything gains value,’ it brings together

The regional hotel units Reid’s Palace, Saccharum, Casa Velha do Palheiro, Quinta da Casa Branca, Quinta Jardins do Lago, Quinta do Furão, Hotel Baía Azul, and Hotel Alto Lido presented to their guests a gastronomic proposal identified as ‘Conscious Dish’ under the motto ‘Nothing is wasted, everything gains value.’
